About the Founder: Allison Lee

Allison Lee is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 25 years of experience in the nursing field and is the founder of Revitalize Wellness. She graduated summa cum laude with her Master’s Degree in Family Medicine from Winston Salem State University, North Carolina, in 2011, and was voted one of America’s Top Nurses in 2020. As a health and wellness coach, Allison has helped dozens of clients achieve their goals of losing weight and living healthier lifestyles. 

Born in Southeast Asia, Allison immigrated with her family to the United States after the Vietnam War. She grew up in central California but has spent the majority of her adult life in North Carolina, raising her four kids and now caring for her fur baby, Bella Rosa. In her spare time, Allison loves to read and travel.
