Membership Terms of Service
We’ve made membership as flexible and convenient as possible. Here’s what you need to know:
Fees & Service Credit
Initial Fee: $49 to join (valid through December 31, 2024).
Monthly Fee: $99 per month, fully credited toward services.
Credit Rollover: Any unused credits roll over to the following month and remain in your account wallet.
Commitment & Cancellation
Membership requires a 12-month minimum commitment and renews automatically.
Cancel anytime after 12 months with no further obligation.
Re-enrollment is not allowed for 1 year after cancellation.
Discount Policy
Membership discounts cannot be stacked with other specials or flash sales.
Vendor discounts or gift cards (e.g., Alle, Aspire Rewards, Evolus) may be applied.
Terms of Use
Membership is non-transferable but may be shared with immediate family members.
Priority scheduling is provided, but appointment availability is not guaranteed.
Funds in the virtual wallet cannot be transferred to other members.
Payment Details
Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover.
Payments are non-refundable and cannot be offset by in-store credits or vendor loyalty points.
Account Management
Members must keep personal and billing information up-to-date.
Accounts past due for over 30 days will be considered canceled.
