Initial Consultation: This visit includes a thorough consultation along with optimization, vitamin and supplement counseling, weight loss, and primary care if interested.
Testosterone Optimization Therapy: If you qualify and wish to proceed with testosterone optimization therapy, you will have weekly injections and have follow up visits scheduled every 8-12 weeks depending on your progress.

**excluding cost of labs (cost of labs can be cash in office $155; or thru Labcorp if bill to insurance)
**Cost include unlimited visits, MONTHLY supply of Testosterone injections (given WEEKLY in office) OR we’ll teach you how to self-inject at home– making your life easier

Bundle Discounts: We offer discounts if services are paid in full for 3, 6 or 12 month increments:
5% off for 3 months, 7.5% off for 6 months and 10% off for 12 months
Testosterone home supply: If you wish to self-administer your testosterone injections at home or use compounded topical products, there is an additional cost involved. This option is for those that do not want to report to the clinic every week and are comfortable with drawing up their own testosterone or wish to use topical creams instead. Shipping is included.
- $200 for 6-week supply of testosterone with supplies.
- $480 for 4-month supply of testosterone with supplies.
- $30 for a 60-day supply of compounded testosterone cream.
B12: Vitamin B-12 helps maintain good health and has been shown to be beneficial in helping to reduce stress and fatigue, improve memory and cardiovascular health, and maintain a good body weight. It can also assist the body in converting proteins, fats and carbohydrates into energy and is necessary for healthy skin and eyes.
$50 for a 10,000mcg vial that is equivalent to 10 doses.
**Injections
Injections are given once or twice a week, either Intramuscular or Subcutaneous.
Your doctor will measure your testosterone levels at the 3- and 6- month marks after treatment begins. After that you'll be tested once a year. If your levels are OK you’ll stay on your current dose.
